Withdrawals

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed same-day during normal business hours — most are completed within one to three hours of submission. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive the same business day. Processing times may be longer on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods. You'll receive a confirmation once the withdrawal has been processed. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 24 hours on a business day, contact support.

The minimum withdrawal on qqjl is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by qqjl, although large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing — this is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction on your winnings.
